  • Manage the food safety aspect of the kitchen and ensuring the hotel is compliant in all aspects
  • Preparation and cooking of dishes to a high standard that the highest quality food is produced for the customers and that it is presented with flair
  • Working well with the team to ensure smooth service

Breakfast  Chef

  • 4-5 Mornings per week
  • 6/6:30am-11/12pm
