We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Leisure Club Attendant to join our team.

As a Leisure Club Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our members and guests have a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience. You will help maintain the leisure facilities to a high standard while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor the swimming pool, gym and leisure facilities to ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the leisure club.
• Carry out regular checks of pool areas, changing rooms and equipment.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times.
• Assist members with queries and provide information about the club and its facilities.
• Report maintenance issues, accidents or concerns promptly.
• Support the wider leisure team with the day-to-day operation of the club.

The Ideal Candidate

• Friendly, approachable and customer-focused.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a busy leisure environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with guests.
• Previous experience in a leisure, hospitality or customer service environment is desirable.
• Pool Lifeguard qualification is desirable/essential depending on the role.
